Born in Carlow in 1980, Ciarán Walsh recieved a Degree in Fine Art from IADT Dun Laoghaire in 2003 and a Masters in Art in the Contemporary World from NCAD in 2007. He currently lives in Germany, where , as a parallel to his studio-based practice, he is undertaking research with the EU Urbanism programme at the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation.
